What do you need for a small business office to look "lived in"?

I have a small business with an office space that our team uses, although not more than 1-2 times a week. Some investors are coming to visit, and the expectation is that our office looks like a full-time "typical" working office. We normally operate with "what we need" (ie our own laptops, necessary office supplies, and some "ad hoc" copying/printing gear). I can see we need more to impress these investors. Thus far I have procured a lease on a commercial photocopy machine, some basic supplies (pens, pencils, paper, paperclips, etc…), and a full complement of furniture… I am concerned with the "little things" that I may have missed that investors will notice. Any thoughts?
