ne 1 have a pic of painted table top palm tree lamp Home Depot in FL sold my lamp stolen nd pic 4 cops HELP!!

My house robbed & palm tree lamps stolen. The shade is almost like a bell shape made of glass, the inside of shade is painted palm tree. Mine is (was) approx 12 – 15 inches tall maybe. Lamp sold at Home Depot in FL, it not on H/D site, they sold a lg lamp, small desk lamp, hanging one all had same painted palm tree. Base of lamp a brownish bronze color. If anyone has a lamp similar, could you pls email to cindimckernan@yahoo.com with a pic of the lamp I may have a chance for police to find and also maybe catch the person that robbed my home. Thanks in advance for any help you can give. For everyone, please take pictures of all your belongings, I wish I had picture of everything in my house. I do not have insurance so everything that was stolen is forever gone. I was able to get off website some pics of items I had. Making a key cabinet with a lock and small hooks inside. Read more…?

As is says above, I’m making a key cabinet. The problem is, I cannot locate [via internet] small hooks for the keys, preferably ones that have music notes on them, or ones that I could attatch small metal music notes to. Also, I’m not sure what kind of lock to put on. I was considering a filing cabinet lock, so it wouldn’t be too bulky, but does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

First, I am not a woodworker. Would a small, basic bookcase be a good starting project?

Because I’m visiting my parents for a few months, I can have access to a garage full of basic woodworking tools.

I need more closet space and large computer desk for my small room..suggestions?

What is my best bet for fitting my 2 computers and 24" monitors and twice the dressy cloths that my colset can hold and lots of Camcorder tapes and DVDs and electronics all in one room? Called closet "experts" and they were like.."We can build you a desk and MAYBE add another level to closet but its a bit small". Um…sounds like standard stuff to me…00??? Computer desk should be ergonomic too by the way. Thanks in advance!

Looking for recommended online retailers or local in New Jersey or closet "experts" with REAL ideas and resonable money. I want some inovation like making maximum use of vertical space. I’m 6′ tall…thas gotta help! ;)

How to make the most of a small room?

So the room I’m renting for next year is VERY tiny. I’m not terribly worried about it, because I’ll share a living room and kitchen and all that stuff, but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about how to make the most of my small room. The bed is a loft, and I’m going to put a desk and small bookcase under it. There will be a closet, but probably no room for a dresser.
